Piaggio Sales In The UK Rises

Piaggio group has just released its sales figures throughout the last 12 months and celebrate success in 2015 thanks to record sales total 7,068 units.

Based on this achievement, the Italian brand squeezed into the top five in the UK sales charts. Piaggio who led Moto Guzzi, Aprilia, and Vespa, said that many of its products recorded significant growth in 2015 over the previous year.

Reporting from Visordown, Sunday (10/01/2016), Aprilia and Moto Guzzi enjoyed particular success, with the achievement of 29% over Guzzis came to England from Italy.

The success of the 1100 Aprilia Tuono V4 comes with an increase of 15.3% from the previous year despite the motorcycle was not available until mid-year. Aprilia enrollment numbers rose 7% to 1,323.

Vespa GTS 300 is the scooter with the biggest sales in the 300cc segment, with 956 sales. While Piaggio MP also increased 4% with sales of 559.
