Yamaha Motobot Has Entered The Second Phase of Development

Yamaha utilizes the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in 2016 as the moment to announce that Motobot humanoid robot has entered the second phase of development that aims to develop the technology to the circuit riding.

Reporting from Visordown, last Sunday, it believes it will contribute to the future of mankind will come. The company also wants Motobot capable of racing on the circuit at a speed of 124mph in 2017.

Motobot is a technology test bed is used and developed for the Yamaha rider applied to the support system in the future. Plus it can also open some profitable business development opportunities, Yamaha.

Motobot itself was launched simultaneously with the Yamaha Sports Ride Concept at the Tokyo Motor Show (TMS) in 2015. Unfortunately, Yamaha still reluctant to reveal details about Motobot detailed.

They only explain how Motobot carrying humanoid form, built with a combination of motor and robotic technology.
